Site description: The STS-2 sensor is installed in a special casing on the concrete floor of a 2x2 m bunker, 3 m below ground level. The bunker is covered by about 1 m of soil on top. The site is rather noisy at high frequencies due to the geology. Distance to nearest trees is about 100 m.

Data processing: Station is cooperated with the GEOFON network. There is a telephone dialup line and connections are established every hour. Data is then disseminated from Warsaw where it is also analyzed and archived.
