Site description: The STS-2 sensor is installed on a stope in a 2 meter vault
in an auxillary storage building of the Gorka Klasztorna Monastery.
The geology is soft sediments; an immense layer lays atop crystalline
bedrock about 15 km beneath.

Data processing: Station data is transmitted by internet to the
Institute Geophysics, where it is disseminated, analyzed and archived.
